Farmer Gym's founder, Coach Jason Harle, is a certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Health Coach.

At a very young age, Harle began working on his family farm, where health and fitness became a vital part of his life. The work capacity of the human body intrigued him; the body's ability to grow strong and endure fascinated him. He has since carried this passion into his career and now devotes his time and effort to helping others become a healthier, stronger version of themselves.

Coach Harle has experience in virtually every form and level of training -- from strength training to ultra-endurance competitions, and from competitive athletes to those new to exercise. He has worked with celebrities in the art and entertainment industry who frequent magazines such as Elle and Vogue, as well as newspapers such as the Huffington Post and Wall Street Journal; Division-1 Football and Track & Field Athletes; those who have limited exercise experience, and those who are advanced in their fitness journey, such as other certified instructors; he too has experience with special-needs populations. He has trained and managed for a Top 100 health club, and he is currently a part-time, online adjunct professor.

Having both competed and coached in numerous fitness platforms, he understands the physiological demands of specific sports and various training regimens. With his comprehensive background, Coach Harle is able to tailor specific plans and programs geared toward the particular goals of the individual or group. He believes that most people have the capability to acquire the body they want and to perform in a manner they desire. It simply takes time and effort. It is Harle's and Farmer Gym's goal to educate, motivate, and empower people to improve their health and fitness, and to overcome self-doubt or perceived limitations to achieve their bodily potential.
