From a young age, Jason Harle—founder of Farmer Gym—worked on his family’s farm, where health and fitness became part of daily life. He grew curious about the body’s work capacity and how it gets stronger with effort. That curiosity drives Farmer Gym today: helping people become healthier, stronger versions of themselves.

Coach Harle has coached across many styles and levels, from strength work to ultra-endurance. He’s trained competitive athletes and first-timers. His clients include artists and entertainers featured in Elle and Vogue, with coverage in outlets like HuffPost and The Wall Street Journal. He has coached Division I football and track and field athletes, people new to exercise, advanced lifters (including certified instructors), and special-needs populations. He also led training and management at a Top 100 health club and teaches Sport Management and Sport Finance as an adjunct faculty member.

Having both competed and coached, Harle understands the demands of specific sports and training plans. He believes time and consistent effort change bodies and performance. Through Farmer Gym, he aims to educate, motivate, and empower people to push past doubt, train with intent, and reach their full physical potential. And yes, there will be sweat. That’s the point.
