From a very young age, Jason Harle, the founder of Farmer Gym, began working on his family's farm, where health and fitness quickly became integral to his life. He was intrigued by the work capacity of the human body, fascinated by its ability to become strong and endure. He has carried this fascination into Farmer Gym, assisting others in becoming healthier, stronger versions of themselves.
Coach Harle has experience in a wide range of training forms and levels—from strength training to ultra-endurance competitions and from coaching competitive athletes to guiding fitness novices. He has worked with celebrities in the arts and entertainment industries featured in magazines such as Elle and Vogue, as well as in newspapers like the Huffington Post and the Wall Street Journal. He has also trained Division-1 Football and Track & Field Athletes, individuals new to exercise, those advanced in their fitness journey including certified instructors, and special-needs populations. Additionally, he has held a training and management position at a Top 100 health club and taught Sport Management and Sport Finance as a part-time online adjunct professor.
Having both competed and coached across various fitness platforms, Harle understands the physiological demands of specific sports and training regimens. He believes that with time and effort, individuals can achieve the physique and performance levels they desire. Harle and Farmer Gym aim to educate, motivate, and empower people to improve their health and fitness and to overcome self-doubt or perceived limitations to reach their full physical potential.
