20 Minutes:

10 Barbell Rows
10 Barbell Push-Presses
10 Box Jumps
Once the 5 Rounds are complete, perform as many Rounds as possible of the following with the remainder of the 20 Minutes:
20 Double Unders (Scale: Single Unders)
5 Burpees
5 Pull-ups (Scale: Jump Pull-ups)
