Every Minute Counts

Minute 1: 1 Burpee and 1 Kettlebell Squat Press, then rest the remainder of the minute
Minute 2: 2 Burpees and 2 Kettlebell Squat Presses, then rest the remainder of the minute
Minute 3: 3 Burpees and 3 Kettlebell Squat Presses, then rest the remainder of the minute
…and so on and so forth, until you can no longer complete the given work in a minute.

(5-minute Rest)

Minute 1: 1 Kettlebell Squat Press and 1 Burpee, then rest the remainder of the minute
Minute 2: 2 Kettlebell Squat Presses and 2 Burpees, then rest the remainder of the minute
Minute 3: 3 Kettlebell Squat Presses and 3 Burpees, then rest the remainder of the minute
…and so on and so forth, until you can no longer complete the given work in a minute
