40 Double Kettlebell Plank Rows (right and left is two reps)
50 Double Kettlebell Swings
40 Double Kettlebell Plank Rows (right and left is two reps)
30 Double Kettlebell Reverse Lunges (right and left is two reps)
20 Double Kettlebell Rows
10 Double Kettlebell Squat Presses

Male Kettlebell weight: 35-53#
Female Kettlebell weight: 20-35#

*If you're unable to execute the Plank Rows with Kettlebells, execute them with Dumbbells; perform from knees if needed.
