4 Burpees
*Once the round is complete, rest the remainder of the 7 Minutes. 

Round 2:
7 Minutes to complete the following:
2 Rounds:
4 Squats
4 Kettlebell Clean-to-Reverse Lunges (4 right, 4 left)
4 Burpees
*Once the 2 rounds are complete, rest the remainder of the 7 Minutes. 

Round 3:
7 Minutes to complete the following:
3 Rounds:
4 Squats
4 Kettlebell Clean-to-Reverse Lunges (4 right, 4 left)
4 Burpees
*Once the 3 rounds are complete, rest the remainder of the 7 Minutes. 

...and so on and so forth, until the allotted work can no longer be completed during a round.
