Perform as many Dumbbell Bench Presses as possible. Every time the Dumbbells comes down (rest is needed), Row 200 Meters. After the Row, once again perform as many Dumbbell Bench Presses as possible. Again, when the Dumbbells come down, proceed to the Rower. Continue this alternating process for 12 Minutes. Goal: to execute as many Dumbbell Bench Presses as possible.

Male Dumbbell weight: 45-70#
Female Dumbbell weight: 15-45#
