Bench Press: Work up to a 1-Rep Max
*Rest as needed between sets.
Explosive Overhead Press: 3 Sets x 4 Reps
Set 1: RPE 7
Set 2: RPE 8
Set 3: RPE 8
*Perform with as much speed as possible. 90-second rest between sets.
*Repeat from Week 4, Day 5. The goal: complete more work than then.
5-minute Farmer's Walk. Whenever the dumbbells are put down for a rest, 15 Push-ups.
